Good morning....
Up date:
The roofs of all three units are water tight, and the shingling will be done a contractor. Scheduling of that is in progress. Inside framing is, for all intent purposes, complete for the time being. Windows and doors for the first floors of all three units is completed. There remains a small amount of Tyvek to be installed, and some taping of the seams to complete that process.
What lies ahead:
The stairs will be ordered, with delivery next week and installation will begin once they're on site. This will then enable the remaining framing associated with the stairs to be completed.
Siding will also be ordered, and delivery will be determined at that time. Color and demand will play a major factor in the delivery date. Installation will begin as soon as it arrives.
The HVAC (heating) contractor has been notified we're ready to begin the duct installation process.
Electrical and plumbing drawings are being prepared for submittal for the permits. Once obtained, we can begin the rough in plumbing and wiring.
If weather permits, framing of the front and rear porches and associated roofs (not required for the framing inspection)

Framing inspection upon completion of the aforementioned framing....
HVAC duct installation....
Electrical and plumbing rough in....
Beyond that will be the final rough in inspection, the insulation and drywall.....
Out side:
Siding installation.... ( when it gets here)
